Westminster Search have successfully been selected to help a superb London based planning and property consultancy find a new member of their team, at the Senior Account Manager or Account Manager level. This role would be perfectly suited to a candidate with a great track record within the property and planning consultation sector.

To be considered for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a track record within the property sector, ideally engaging and consulting on issues surrounding controversial or difficult schemes.
You will have first-rate communications skills that will allow you to effectively and clearly engage and influence a diverse range of interested groups, from local residents, councillors, local media and business communities.
You will have commercial acumen and relationship-building skills, you will not be required to hunt new business, you will, however, use these commercial and relationship skills to ensure that client relationships are maintained, developed and strengthened.
