Researcher - Public Policy - London - £Competitive
Westminster Search is once again working with a brilliant organisation who are on the lookout for a new Public Policy Researcher to join their dedicated, accomplished team who work in a fun, friendly and fast-paced environment.
This role will require you to become a subject matter expert building upon your already well-developed area of policy knowledge. This knowledge that you develop will help inform and shape how you conduct further research. The ultimate aim of this research is to inform day-to-day client liaison and help them develop effective public policy campaigns through practical research and insight.
Our client is very flexible on the background this candidate comes from, and we would thus be interested in speaking with candidates who can demonstrate the following:
- A track record in the political/public affairs, preferably at least a years’ experience working on politically related issues.
- An excellent understanding of the parliamentary process, procedures, and how they fit into broader political debates.
- Desire and drive to learn new skills, policy areas and research topics.
- This role would suit a candidate who has already gained experience within the political, public affairs or public policy areas.
