Public Relations Manager - Education - London - Competitive

Westminster Search are working exclusively with a leading organisation, in the Education space, in recruiting a Public Relations Manager to lead a high achieving Public Relations team.

This role will require a candidate who can demonstrate great PR skills, fantastic leadership and management skills and the ability to set the strategic agenda of the organisation.

Ideally your Public Relations and Communications skills will show an innovative edge. This innovation will be demonstrated across a wide range of channels. It would also be advantageous if the candidate brought the ability to set an exciting agenda across social and digital channels.

You will also bring first rate management skills. These management skills will have been learnt and honed in a position already running a successful team. This management will mean that you are able to demonstrate the ability to manage teams of talented individuals. You will manage both their time, output and development for future success.

The third area that you will be able to demonstrate is an effective ability to set strategic goals that impact on the organisation. This will mean a proactive approach that will influence the reputational perception of the organisation, and deliver messages to important stakeholder audiences that have an impact on the organisations goals and objectives. This will also include from time to time crisis management and reactive media.
