Westminster Search is working with a leading organisation in their sector to recruit a Public Affairs Manager. You will cover and work on a diverse range of policy areas and topics ranging from Financial Services to Infrastructure to Real Estate and Technology. The diversity of work will be both exciting and refreshing.
Our client is looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following skills and experiences:
- In-depth and highly knowledgeable of British politics, government structures at central, devolved and local levels and how they relate to public policy outcomes and how news/press relations can affect and influence these structures.
- Experience of working in politics, parliament or government, preferably for a period of over 3 years.
- Ability to engage clients and build relationships with key stakeholders and government officials.
- A client-centred working approach that will allow you to provide timely and highly vital advice.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, with a flexible mindset. This role will require travel across the UK.
