We offer two simple and transparent pricing models:
🤝 The Partnership Model
A modern recruitment model designed to align with how value is created over time.
- 1% of the candidate’s first-year salary, per month, for every month the candidate is employed (up to 24 months).
- You only pay while the candidate remains in post.
- If the candidate leaves, the payments stop.
This model helps smooth your cashflow and directly links your investment to the value your new hire delivers, as they lead campaigns, influence stakeholders, and shape the debate, you pay as they deliver.
📄 The Project Model
A more traditional recruitment model, offering simplicity with a one-off fee.
- 15% of the candidate’s first-year salary for a standard (non-exclusive) search.
- 10% if you engage us on an exclusive basis.
This model comes with a 3-month guarantee, if the candidate leaves within that period, we will replace them at no extra charge.

All invoices are issued on 30-day payment terms. We’re happy to discuss alternative arrangements if needed, just ask.
