Account Manager - Planning and Local Public Affairs
Westminster Search is working with a well-respected boutique agency in the planning public affairs sector. Working with leading developers, they ensure that local communities are consulted on projects that will ultimately benefit their community.
This is an exciting agency to work for and they are looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:
- First-rate knowledge of the planning system, processes and the political inputs that affect this.
- The confidence and interpersonal skills to be comfortable talking with stakeholders from council leaders to local residents to inquisitive journalists.
- A background in the planning and development sector or very strong knowledge of this sector.
- Commercial acumen and proactive personality that will help drive clients' projects and ensure that great service and delivery ensues.
- Preferably a background in an agency/consultancy setting.
