About the Role
As Account Director, you will:
Lead client relationships, offering strategic advice and ensuring outstanding delivery.
Manage and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives, helping them grow their skills while maintaining the highest standards of work.
Oversee complex campaigns, keeping them on track, solving problems, and ensuring success.
Lead stakeholder engagement, particularly with political audiences, ensuring clients’ messages are heard, understood, and acted upon.
About You
You will bring:
Strong knowledge of the town planning system, local government, and how political stakeholders influence planning decisions.
A background working on property and planning projects — commercial, residential, leisure, or hospitality.
Deep understanding of Labour Party politics, its priorities, and how to engage meaningfully with Labour stakeholders.
A proven ability to win new business and grow existing accounts.
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
